MicoDev ("we") builds business systems and automation for companies in Pakistan. We operate micodev.com and business messaging services. Contact: info@micodev.com.
When you use our contact form: your business name, industry, selected services, your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and — if you select your business from the suggestions — its listed address. We use this to prepare your solution recommendations and to contact you about your inquiry.
Business-name suggestions: as you type your business name, the text you type is sent to Google's Places service to fetch matching suggestions. This is the only data our website shares with Google, and it happens only in that field. Google's own privacy policy applies to their processing.
When you message us on WhatsApp: we receive your number, name and messages, and store the conversation so we can respond and keep context. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta under their own terms.
Automatically: our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time of request) for security. Our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
To respond to your inquiry, recommend suitable solutions, send you a confirmation email, and follow up about a phone meeting or demo — the things you contacted us for. We do not sell or rent your information, use it for third-party advertising, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
We do not use advertising networks or data brokers, and we never store card or banking details — payments for our services are made directly through banks or payment providers.
If you interact with a WhatsApp system that MicoDev built for another business (a shop, clinic, school or society), the data you share belongs to that business and is governed by their policies. MicoDev processes it only to operate their system, and doesn't use it for any other purpose.
We keep inquiry records and WhatsApp conversations only as long as they're relevant to your inquiry or our relationship. Email info@micodev.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — we'll act within 7 working days.
Our systems run on access-controlled servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted credentials, and nightly backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
