Arsalan spent a decade on nbn™, Australia’s national broadband network, which serves nine million customers — most of it in the national operations centre, with nbn and later Tata Communications. As a senior engineer he led shifts of up to fifteen engineers through bushfires, storms and major outages, ran real-time change and conflict assessment for the national network, and reported to executives through national crises. With the automation team he recalibrated alarm thresholds, cutting alarm noise and operating cost, and he was recognised repeatedly for his handling of emergencies.
He has worked hands-on with Shopify, setting up a store of his own, and is AI consultant and coordinator to a social media marketing agency he helped establish. At MicoDev he has led the build of seven systems, each ready to go live.

What we do
We design, build and run the operational software behind a business: online stores and ordering, bookings, loyalty, support, dealer portals, field operations and facility management — on WhatsApp, the web or a native mobile app. Some of it connects to what a company already runs, from Shopify to its POS or ERP; the rest is built from scratch.

Seven systems, each built, loaded and ready to go live. Switching one on is the client’s decision.
